INSURANCE POLICY: 

Our practice is most happy to process all insurance
claims.  Most are processed
electronically providing claim service information the same day.  Some companies require manual processing
adding additional time for claim resolution. 

Our practice is NOT a participating provider with ANY
insurance company.  We have NO
contractual agreements with any third party payer. 

Our philosophy is that our obligation is to YOU, the
patient to provide the most appropriate care possible.  This permits us to utilize quality materials,
laboratory services and techniques regardless of third party payer policies. 

What does that mean to you the patient?  It means that their may be additional fees
that you would be responsible to cover due to the level of insurance
reimbursement. 

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS: 

Payment plans may be arranged with our office manager.
